The purpose of the Diversity Dialogue Dinner is to create a safe space to engage in meaningful conversations on the sensitive issues of race, bias, identity and belonging, diversity, equity and inclusion. This event will allow participants to listen to learn about others' experiences and to share thoughts, feelings and ideas, while maintaining respectful, solution-oriented facilitated dialogue. This event is in partnership with YWCA York/ YWCA Lancaster/ YWCA Hanover and YWCA Carlisle.
