Helping middle school girls see their potential as leaders of the future.

Previously called Girl Power! LEADS the Future, Empower & Equip L.E.A.D.S. the Future is a no-cost leadership development workshop series held throughout the year, for students in middle and high school across Cumberland County. The half-day workshops are designed to equip and empower students to be leaders in our community through character development and issues awareness. The workshops are held two to three times a year, and may explore topics such as volunteering, professionalism, personal awareness, goal setting, finances, career and trade information, and teamwork. Sessions are hosted by YWCCC staff, guest speakers, and expert panelists.
