Become a Corporate Partner
We invite you to become a YWCA Carlisle Corporate Partner to support our mission-driven work to eliminate racism and empower women, girls and families. A corporate gift demonstrates your commitment to building a safe and hopeful future for our community.
YWCA Carlisle’s Corporate Partnership program creates the opportunity for deeper collaboration between YWCA and corporations/businesses that support our mission. The program provides Corporate Partners with enhanced visibility and highlights their commitment to diversity and women’s empowerment through their support of YWCA events.
A Corporate Partnership contribution connects your organization to YWCA’s powerful legacy of community improvement. It makes a tangible impact on the lives of more than 12,000 individuals and families served here each year! We are proud that 81% of contributions received last year directly supported YWCA Carlisle programs that equip people with vital skills to create a brighter future for themselves, their families, and their communities. This impact wouldn’t be possible without the support of our generous corporate partners.
How Corporate Partnership Works
Corporate Partners commit to an annual contribution level; gifts range from Presenting Level at $5,000 to Friend Level at $500. Benefits vary according to the level selected.
Corporate partners are solicited annually in the late spring for the following fiscal year activities held July 1 - June 30:
, our annual 5K walk/run held the last weekend in April;
, a day-long program offered in January for elementary school students focused on the teachings of Martin Luther King, Jr.;
, held the third week in October, offers a variety of activities for people of all ages, free of charge, that gives them an opportunity to discuss racial justice issues and talk about peaceful resolutions;
, forums for community members to come together and give voice to racial justice issues;
, provides a unique opportunity for students in 9th and 10th grades to unite in a common goal to promote racial justice within their school communities. Throughout the day, students discuss racism, leadership, and ways they can, individual and as a school, impact change;
provides scholarships and support for children from families with limited financial means.
Additionally, advertisers are solicited during the summer to be featured (along with our Corporate Partners) in our Annual Meeting program booklet. This booklet is used throughout the year to spotlight our mission-driven programs and showcase our community and corporate partners.

Support our Special Events
Throughout the year, YWCA Carlisle plans additional fundraisers with fun ways for the Carlisle business community to get involved. Additional corporate gifts are solicited for these events which have included: Queen of the Green Golf Outing (a women-only 9 hole event) and Paint Night. Sponsors of these events have an opportunity to send employees to further promote their organization.
Consider making a Business Donation
YWCA Carlisle supplements annual fundraisers and community events with door prizes and promotional items for the attendees. In the past, local businesses have generously donated gift certificates, merchandise, bottled water, and food and beverages to help offset our costs as well as promote their business to the Carlisle community.
